I am a dramaturg, producer, and theater maker.

I'm the Managing Producer of The Tank, a home for emerging artists in Manhattan. I hold an MFA in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism with a certificate in Theater Management from Yale School of Drama, where I am now a doctoral candidate, writing a dissertation on the conceptual turn in American new plays.

At Yale, I served as co-artistic director of Yale Cabaret's 51st season, producing director of the Dwight/Edgewood Project, and a managing editor of Theater magazine.

I have worked in institutional dramaturgy and literary management at Yale Repertory Theatre, South Coast Repertory, Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, and Huntington Theatre Company, as well as on the artistic teams of the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago Stage, Salonathon, and First Floor Theater, as a Company Member.

My dramaturgy credits include Twelfth Night (NYU Skirball, Classical Theatre of Harlem, and Yale Repertory Theatre); research for Nambi E. Kelley and Erika Dickerson-Despenza (New Dramatists); and Native Son (Yale Rep); The Girl Is Chained, Passion, and Blood Special (Yale School of Drama); Hey Secret Service..., The Apple Tree, The Quonsets, and Mrs. Galveston (Yale Cabaret); A Guide for the Homesick (Huntington Theatre Company); Tollbooth: A Clown Show, Polaroid Stories, and Grimmfest (First Floor Theater). I've also had the delights of directing The Light Fantastic and Camille and creating Dating Game (Yale Cabaret).

I have taught theater at Plaza College and as a Teaching Associate at Yale; I have had the special honor of mentoring young artists through Dwight/Edgewood Project and the Young Playwrights Festival.

I hold a BA from the University of Chicago, where I designed my own course of study on archetypal narrative.
